Like every previous week, several SME IPOs are set to open for subscription this week as well. Let’s take a look at each of these one by one.

Well, exceptions are everywhere and sometimes even a mainboard IPO has given wonderful listing gains to its investors. However, based on the performance of previous IPOs, it cannot be said that this will continue in the future. So before applying for any IPO, investors must do their due diligence as it will help in taking informed decision and preventing any substantial loss.

Today, Monday, July 20th, marks the beginning of a new trading week for the Indian stock market and like every previous week, several SME IPOs are all set to open for subscription this week as well. Companies whose SME IPOs are opening for subscription this week include Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited, Metalic Technoforge Limited, Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited and Silverstorm Parks & Resorts Limited. Let’s take a look at each of these one by one.

1. Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited

The first name in the list of SME IPOs opening for subscription this week includes the IPO of Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited, a company operating in the services sector that provides third-party inspection, auditing, certification, testing, and training services to various industries. IPO of this company is opening for subscription on today, Monday, July 20th, and will remain open for subscription until July 22nd. This SME IPO will be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on July 27th. Company plans to raise approximately ₹18 crores through this offering. Individual investors will have to apply for at least 2 lots of this IPO which will cost them ₹2,40,000 and in return they will get 2,400 shares of the company in case of successful allotment.

2. Metalic Technoforge Limited

Second name in this list is the IPO of this closed-die forged and precision-machined components manufacturing company Metalic Technoforge Limited. This public offering will open for investors to bid on tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21st, and will remain open until July 23rd. Company is raising approximately ₹50 crores through this IPO and the IPO will be listed on the NSE’s SME platform on July 28th. Individual investors applying in this IPO will have to bid for a minimum of 2 lots for which they will be required to block ₹2,46,000 and will get 3,200 shares of the company in return if allotted.

3. Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited

The third name in the list of SME IPOs opening for subscription this week is the IPO of this West Bengal-based company, Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited, engaged in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of high-quality cotton sarees in India’s B2B cotton saree segment. Company is planning to raise approximately ₹19 crores via this offering. Investors will be able to bid for this IPO from Wednesday, July 22nd to July 24th. Individual investors applying for this IPO will have to bid for at least 2 lots which will cost them ₹2,80,000 and in return they will get 4,000 shares of the company on successful allotment. This IPO will be listed on the SME platform of BSE on July 29th.

4. Silverstorm Parks & Resorts Limited

The final name in this list is the IPO of an integrated amusement and tourism company Silverstorm Parks & Resorts Limited. It operates amusement parks, water parks, snow parks, and hospitality services in India. IPO of this company will be open for subscription on Friday, July 24th and will remain open till Tue, July 28th. Company plans to raise approximately ₹82 crores via this public offering. Individual investors applying in this IPO will have to bid for a minimum of 2 lots of the IPO for which they will have to block ₹2,66,000 and in return they will get 2,000 shares of the company on successful allotment of the IPO. Listing of this IPO is scheduled to be done on the SME platform of BSE on Friday, July 31st.
